12.2 You may close your raa88 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any available real-money balance (net of any active bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method after standard verification checks are completed.
12.3 Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, raa88 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the breach, including bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom, pending investigation.
